Dr. Shiza Nawaz
Dr. Shiza Nawaz holds a PhD in Software Engineering and is an accomplished IS/IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) professional, with expertise in information security management systems, IT compliance, risk management, and quality assurance. She is a certified ISO/IEC 27001 Implementer and Auditor, an ETGRM professional, and an Internal Auditor, with additional certifications in ISO/IEC 27000, IT Service Management, ISO 9001 Quality Management, and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC).
With a strong grounding in governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and organizational risk management, Dr. Nawaz has contributed to strengthening security, resilience, and operational excellence across organizations. As Maven Insights' IT and Technology Advisor, she brings this expertise to bear on the firm's digital trust, information security, and technology governance practices, supporting our clients' sustainable growth through effective governance and compliance.
Ch. Naseer Ahmed Hussain
Ch. Naseer Ahmed Hussain is a distinguished Operations, HR, and Administrative leader with over 20 years of cross-functional experience, committed to elevating operational standards across Pakistan. He holds MBA and also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), He serves as an International Development Operations Director and is the Founder and Lead Trainer of the Certified Administration and Operations Management Professional (CAOMP) program, Pakistan's flagship certification in administration and operations management.
Throughout his career, Naseer has designed and optimized organizational infrastructure for leading international development agencies and donor-funded projects, including DAI (EU, FCDO & UKDHSC), Teach For Pakistan (FCDO & TFALL), and the Aurat Foundation (USAID, UN Women, ADB, World Bank, DFID & BISP). He currently serves as a consultant to several prestigious organizations, specializing in building robust governance structures, HR frameworks, and compliance policies aligned with international standards. As a member of Maven Insights' Advisory Board, Naseer supports the firm's institutional development and capacity-building work, helping shape the robust, compliant, and people-centric operational systems that underpin our client engagements.
Fayyaz Ahmed Fayyaz
Fayyaz Ahmed Fayyaz brings over two decades of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), project management, research, and data analysis, supporting humanitarian and development programmes across Asia and Africa. His expertise spans emergency response, climate resilience, health, education, WASH, livelihoods, protection, food security, and gender equality. He has worked with leading organizations including Mercy Corps, VSO, Save the Children, NRC, AKAH, Caritas, ILO, UNDP, IRC, HDF, Muslim Aid, and Muslim Hands.
His technical expertise includes MEAL system design, evaluations, assessments, research methodology, large-scale data systems, qualitative and quantitative research, evidence generation, and donor reporting, with proficiency in DHIS-2, Kobo, ODK, ONA, CommCare, SPSS, MAXQDA, Power BI, and TolaData. He has also contributed to organizational governance through steering, procurement, and advisory committees. Fayyaz serves as a Research Fellow with Torque Communities (RFCM100) and an Evaluation Expert with Madiba Group, and brings this extensive research, technical, and MEAL expertise to our Advisory Board.
Talat Rizwan Sial
Talat Rizwan Sial is an Advocate of the High Court with over 18 years of experience in litigation, legal advisory, and public interest law. As Managing Partner of Talat Law Associates, Islamabad, Advocate Sial has represented clients before the High Court, Anti-Terrorism Courts, and Civil and Family courts, among other judicial forums across Pakistan. Advocate Sial holds an LL.M., an LL.B., and an M.A. in English, with a practice spanning constitutional, criminal, civil, family, and corporate law.
