She is a certified ISO/IEC 27001 Implementer and Auditor, an ETGRM professional, and an Internal Auditor, with additional certifications in ISO/IEC 27000, IT Service Management, ISO 9001, and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC). As IT and Technology Advisor at Maven Insights, she supports digital trust, information security, and technology governance.

An operations, HR, and administrative leader with over 20 years of experience. He holds an MBA and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). He is Founder and Lead Trainer of the Certified Administration and Operations Management Professional (CAOMP) programme. He has designed organizational infrastructure for DAI, Teach For Pakistan, and the Aurat Foundation, and advises on governance structures, HR frameworks, and compliance policies aligned with international standards.

More than two decades in MEAL, project management, research, and data analysis across humanitarian and development programmes in Asia and Africa. He has worked with Mercy Corps, VSO, Save the Children, NRC, AKAH, Caritas, ILO, UNDP, IRC, HDF, Muslim Aid, and Muslim Hands. Technical range includes MEAL system design, evaluations, and tools such as DHIS-2, Kobo, ODK, SPSS, Power BI, and TolaData. He holds an M.Sc. in Statistics and serves as a Research Fellow with Torque Communities and an Evaluation Expert with Madiba Group.
