A banking and financial literacy expert with extensive experience in the sector, Mohsin brings deep technical insight into financial inclusion and institutional strengthening to Maven Insights. He holds a PhD and combines academic rigor with practical industry expertise to oversee operational and financial management. He plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations and sound financial stewardship across Maven Insights engagements.

M. Tayyab leads technology at Maven Insights. He brings more than eight years of experience developing and delivering scalable ERP solutions for clients across Europe and North America, with expertise spanning healthcare, fintech, FMCG/CPG. He holds a BS in Computer Science from UET and an MS in Data Science from FAST-NUCES, Islamabad. His project experience includes redesigning aircraft manufacturing factory processes for the Pakistan Air Force across quality assurance, quality control, and human resources management - optimizing existing operations, reducing costs, and improving output quality. His career spans data operations, implementation and design engineering, consulting, staff engineering, senior business analysis, and IT management. This breadth informs his approach as CTO: understand how the organization works, engineer requirements around real business needs, and deliver tailored systems that improve processes and scale with the business.

Salma brings 13+ years of experience in project management, program implementation, and M&E across the NGO and development sector in Pakistan, with a Masters in Gender Studies underpinning her work in community mobilization and gender-inclusive programming. She has managed livelihood and enterprise development projects end-to-end.

Based in Australia, Afreen has 18+ years of combined experience in education and psychology. She holds an MPhil in Clinical Psychology, an MS in Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Education Studies from the University of Canberra, with a career spanning child protection, the rights of women, and community capacity-building. In Australia she serves in an inclusive education leadership role, supporting children with autism and diverse learning needs. At Maven Insights she brings this expertise to child protection and inclusive, evidence-based education programming.

Based in Europe, Quratulain brings specialized expertise in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), working at the intersection of strategic communications, intercultural communication, and inclusive research. She holds an MA in Language, Globalization and Intercultural Communication from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, and an MA in Muslim Cultures from the Aga Khan University Institute for the Study of Muslim Civilisations, London.
